We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email collection programs or other technical devices. Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of E-mail Addresses, etc.)

1. No one shall collect e-mail addresses from an Internet homepage using a program or any other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage without the prior consent of the operator or manager of the said Internet homepage.
2. No one shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of Paragraph (1).
3. No one shall use for information transmission any e-mail address, knowing that its collection, sale, and distribution are prohibited under the provisions of Paragraphs (1) and (2).

Article 74 (Penalty Provisions) Any person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 10 million won.

1. A person who displays or sells, or displays for the purpose of selling in violation of the provisions of Article 8 (4).
2. A person who distributes, sells, lends, or publicly displays any obscene codes, words, sounds, images, or videos in violation of Article 44-7 (1) 1.
3. A person who repeatedly sends codes, words, sounds, images, or videos that arouse fear or anxiety to the other party in violation of Article 44-7 (1) 3.
4. A person who has taken technical measures in violation of the provisions of Article 50 (6).
5. A person who has transmitted commercial information in violation of Article 50-8. A person who has collected, sold, distributed, or used for information transmission an e-mail address in violation of Article 50-2.
6. A person who has transmitted commercial information in violation of Article 50-8.
7. A person who has failed to register a change in registered matters or to report the transfer/acquisition of a business or a merger/inheritance in violation of Article 53 (4).
